Management Fees

Basic Fee for Complete Property Management

1 to 4 properties:

1st month - 20% of full month rent
monthly thereafter - 11% of full month rent
minimum fee - $50
lease renewal fee - none

5 to 9 properties:

1st month - 20% of full month rent
monthly thereafter - 9% of full month rent
lease renewal fee - none

Basic Fee for Partial Management Services

1 to 4 properties:

Half of one full month's rent, plus cost of advertising and GE-tax.

All fees are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on location of rental property and level of difficulty.
