My company on Oahu owns and operates 5 commercial properties ranging from retail, restaurants and offices. We pride ourselves in promptly communicating with our tenants, providing the needed service and being solution oriented. The key word here is PROMPTLY. We have the attitude that the tenant is "always right:" whether they are or not - since they pay our paychecks. It's the attitude of how staff treats a disgruntled tenant who could very well be wrong that is most important to us. I bring this up for a reason, we feel that your company clearly treats us like we to treat our tenants. Communicating, servicing and finding solutions PROMPTLY! Initially, I thought that not being on the same island would potentially be a problem. Fortunately for us, you have removed our fears.
